We are a small and family-centered company driven to find equitable solutions at every step of the property acquisition, management, and development value-chain.
We are passionate about our properties, partners and tenants and aim to foster community and growth-based relationships.
We value our role in the communities we serve, and strive to give back through safe, comfortable living spaces, attentive staff and caring management, continuous improvements on our properties, and positivity in our presence within neighbourhoods.
Housing Solutions
We have an existing portfolio comprised of 67 doors in total across more than ten buildings in the Ottawa area. We sometimes work with partners so that we can invest in other properties with them.
We manage that portfolio with an eye towards increasing local housing supply, and nurturing growth in the value of the properties over time through renovations and upgrades, as well as further sub-divisions and intensifications.

We are a full-service property management provider who values seeing our tenants in person and being responsive to their needs and concerns.
We work with Hope Housing Holdings, Inc - our sister company - to provide accessible and affordable housing.
We are always on the lookout for new properties where we can be a value added partner who project manages the ongoing improvement of the portfolio.
Assets and Investors
We source valuable properties with long-term potential for growth based on rent rolls and the condition of the building. In particular, we look for value propositions through the further intensification and development or upgrading of the existing property.
We also work with other investors and property managers to acquire properties, and participate in and benefit from long-term, stable growth and realistic ROI's.
